@Da5id
Always! He also said "A genius is the one most like himself."
I think I am the one most like myself.

Well said by Monk.

He also said: "We have two kids, my wife and myself"... I always thought that was a great line... huge jazz fan, actually... though, I am more in the lines of Billie Holiday, Charlie Parker, Miles Davis... that was jazz... this new age crap is not jazz... at least not in my mind... jazz is supposed to a struggle - a statement - its supposed to make you move, think, but most important - FEEL... the only thing new age music makes me feel is pain in my mouth because it reminds me of a dentist office... alright... putting away the diatribe and climbing off the soapbox...

@Bee - I should totally mail you buttons and a needle and thread :P
ONE OF US! ONE OF US!
*keeps up the chanting*

@Pehdroh - I always knew that we got along for a reason! ...and you shuddered when Vero gave me the Madonna tape that came in the mail that she didn't want! I'm ECLECTIC, if not quirky :P
But yeah... I hate the term.... what is it? Soft jazz??? WTF?!

Have you seen Ben Button? There is a line in there that I love - aw hell, I love the whole damn thing - but the line is "Our lives are defined by opportunities, even the ones we miss."
Your quote reminded me of that quote.
